W M Building Services were responsible for the design development and installation of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services to 3 new logistical units named the Wellington Trilogy. The three units ranged between 50,000ft²- 67,000ft².

Mechanical services installed and commissioned include heat recovery ventilation, toilet extract ventilation, VRV heating and cooling to the offices with radiant heating in core areas. The hot and cold water services were installed locally utilizing point of use water heaters, rainwater harvesting was installed serving toilets and water points.

The electrical systems consisted of small power and lighting throughout the office and external areas. A lighting control system was installed which includes day light diming within the office areas and ensures the external lights are turned on automatically as daylight dictates. The office areas were fitted with a P2 fire alarm system, in accordance with BS5839-1, disabled refuge system, as well as a disabled toilet call alarm. An array PV panels were installed on each unit.

All HVAC systems & energy metering are connected to a Building Management System with remote viewing.
